How do I top up Stars?
Contact us to pay offline, and an admin credits your Stars manually.
How many Stars does a lesson cost?
It depends on the session length — 1-on-1 tutoring starts from 3,000 Stars.
What is the difference between online and in person?
Online lessons run over Zoom with a replay and notes afterwards; in-person locations are arranged by an admin. You can filter tutors by lesson mode when booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancel anytime from "My bookings" — up to 6 hours before class you get an 80% Stars refund; within 6 hours Stars are not refunded.
How far ahead does the tutor confirm?
Bookings are confirmed automatically; the tutor contacts you before the lesson to confirm details.
