How do I top up Stars?
Contact us to pay offline, and an admin credits your Stars manually.
How many Stars does a lesson cost?
The Stars per lesson are set by an admin. Ask our team for the specifics.
What is the difference between online and in person?
Online lessons run over Zoom with a replay and notes afterwards; in-person locations are arranged by an admin. You can filter tutors by lesson mode when booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
To cancel, contact us at least 24 hours ahead and your Stars are refundable.
How far ahead does the tutor confirm?
Bookings are confirmed automatically; the tutor contacts you before the lesson to confirm details.
