Birthdays abroad have a way of quietly passing you by. We help gather the people, book a spot, order the cake, handle decorations and photos — or just organise a dinner, if that is more your speed.
It does not have to be your own birthday. Planning a surprise for a friend counts too; just say so in the notes.
How it works
- Fill in the form below — you do not need a group to sign up
- We add you to the activity group on WeChat
- The group votes on a time and a venue nearby
- Numbers are confirmed the day before, and we go once we have enough people
What to bring
- Register about two weeks ahead so we can book a venue and a cake
- We agree on the budget and format first — there is no minimum spend
- Costs are transparent: we publish the receipts and split evenly
